Bistrot Neuf aims to have as little impact as possible on the environment. Use of electricity, gas and water is limited and our cleaners use environmentally friendly cleaning products.

Measures taken include fair trade coffee and tea, reduction of waste by using bulk packaging and offering an extensive organic wine menu.

The suppliers are carefully selected, they meet the high quality requirements of Bistrot Neuf. Our list of local suppliers include; Manfred Meeuwig and Zn for oil, gebroeders Niemijer for their excellence bread, Groothandel De Kweker, Bourgondisch Lifestyle for the cheeses, Bocca Coffee with their red bean project and last but not least Chabrol Wines.
