With the necessary measures and the narrow Amsterdam building, we can unfortunately not place more than 28 guests in our restaurant in a responsible manner. This ensures that we only work on reservation and with timetables. Maybe annoying, but necessary.
For example, if you book at 6:00 PM, the table will be available until 8:30 PM. If you book a table at 8:30 pm, you can of course stay longer. Reservations for 4 people are only possible if this concerns a joint household and we will ask you about your health regarding the Corona virus when you make a reservation and when you enter our restaurant.

In addition to serving dinner we are one of the few places in the centre of Amsterdam that serves a warm lunch as well, so our kitchen is open all day long. The menu is inspired by the French cuisine and we only use fresh seasonal products.

Robert Peppelenbos is the co-founder of Bistrot Neuf. He’s also the owner of restaurant Stout and (catering) company CulinairExpert. His broad knowledge often leads to companies and individuals asking his advice on anything from sustainability and vegetarian food to customer relations. His great organisational skills, deep love for authentic food make him a leader in his field.
Chef Pascal Tooms is the head of our classic kitchen and for the past 25 years he’s been working in the French cuisine. Along with his passionate Sous-chef Tom Buysse, they push the limits of their creativity, with great commitment for the highest food quality as well as a stable and motivated team.
