Bistrot Neuf has one of the most extensive wine lists of Amsterdam. With 250 wines in the cellar and 75 wines by the glass, the hearts of many winelovers will be conquered. The love for France stands out, but also Germany, Austria, Spain, Italy and Portugal can be found on the list. The service staff loves to tell you more about the wines and everything can be tasted. There were no odd gamy meat in the set menu (phew!) just selection of yummy hearty food. This place outside kind of look like it is closed or very small but it is not the case.
