Bistrot Neuf on the Haarlemmerstraat number 9 is all about lovely, honest and recognisable French food. Cozy and uncomplicated dining with a menu based on our extensive selection of wines. In other countries this formula is a great success. In Italy they have Trattoria/ enoteca, in Spain Tapas and of course in France the bistrot bar-a-vin. In Belgium its called a tavern and in the Netherlands the bistrot is known as a café, a simple place to eat, in between a restaurant and bar.
In addition to serving dinner we are one of the few places in the centre of Amsterdam that serves warm lunch. The menu is inspired by French cusine and we only use fresh seasonal products.
